Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of how we print our products, we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product or encountering a manufacturing error, we're here to help. Please contact us via email at CoffeeCupHut@protonmail.com within 30 days of product delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will assist you promptly.
Note:
- For issues affecting multiple products using the same design, we may require additional photos (or videos) showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation.
Exclusions
Coffee Cup Hut will not be held responsible for:
- Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer.
- Minor variations in print placement (tolerance of 0.5"), as this is considered within acceptable limits for DTG (Direct to Garment) products.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
